Die Rebfl\u00e4che teilt sich in viele kleine Weing\u00e4rten auf, die oft weniger als einen Hektar gro\u00df sind und zum \u00fcberwiegenden Teil in den h\u00fcgeligen Lagen von Molise liegen. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am besten gedeihen die Trauben an den S\u00fcdh\u00e4ngen, wo sie besonders gut von dem typischen mediterranen <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/beste-voraussetzungen-klima-und-wein\/\">Klima<\/a> der Region profitieren. Oft nennt man Molise in einem Atemzug mit den angrenzenden <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/abruzzen-weinbau-zwischen-adria-und-apenninen\/\">Abruzzen<\/a>, und tats\u00e4chlich verbindet die beiden Regionen nicht nur eine gemeinsame Geschichte, sondern auch eine wichtige Rebsorte: die <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/montepulciano\/\">Montepulciano<\/a> Rebe.<\/p>\n<h2>Molise &#8211; klein, aber oho!<\/h2>\n<p>Aus ihr wird mit dem Molise Rosso DOC ein erstklassiger Rotwein erzeugt, der harmonisch und sanft und dabei dennoch intensiv im Aroma ist. Ein beeriger Duft, ein Hauch von Kirsche im Geschmack und ein weicher Abgang sprechen gleicherma\u00dfen f\u00fcr diesen Rotwein. Zu verdanken ist die hohe Qualit\u00e4t des Weins neben den klimatischen Bedingungen der Herstellung: Nachdem die Trauben Mitte Oktober sorgf\u00e4ltig von Hand gelesen werden, erfolgt eine Weiterverarbeitung im Edelstahltank. Neben Montepulciano kommen im Molise weiterhin die Rebsorten <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/aglianico\/\">Aglianico<\/a>, <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/sangiovese\/\">Sangiovese<\/a> und <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/primitivo\/\">Primitivo<\/a> vor.
