Doch einzelnen Inhaltsstoffen schreiben Wissenschaftler und Mediziner eine gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernde Wirkung zu. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei die Antioxidantien. Trotzdem bleibt die oberste Devise: ma\u00dfvoll genie\u00dfen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fast jeder Weinfreund d\u00fcrfte schon davon geh\u00f6rt oder dar\u00fcber gelesen haben, dass sich Wein positiv auf die Gesundheit auswirken kann. Gerne!<\/p>\n<p>Das Offensichtliche direkt vor weg: Kein Mensch kommt auf die Idee, allein aus Gesundheitsgr\u00fcnden Wein zu trinken. Wein ist Genuss, ist Lebensfreude \u2013 aber keine Medizin. Daher ist es uns sehr wichtig, zwei Dinge besonders zu betonen: Derzeit existieren keine ausreichenden wissenschaftlichen Belege daf\u00fcr, dass Wein gesund ist. Es gibt lediglich eine Reihe von Indizien f\u00fcr eine gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernde Wirkung. Zudem ist es enorm wichtig zu verstehen, dass \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Konsum von Wein keinesfalls gut f\u00fcr die Gesundheit ist \u2013 ganz im Gegenteil, <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/freund-oder-feind-zuviel-alkohol-im-wein\/\">Alkohol<\/a> ist und bleibt mit Umsicht zu genie\u00dfen!<\/p>\n<p>Dennoch legen zahlreiche Untersuchungen nahe, dass ein gelegentlicher Schluck Wein eine positive Wirkung f\u00fcr unsere Gesundheit haben kann. Verantwortlich daf\u00fcr seien die im Wein enthaltenen Antioxidantien. Diese stehen im Ruf, eine ganz Reihe von gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernden Effekten zu besitzen und spielen auch beim gesunden <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/paerchenbildung-welcher-wein-zum-essen-passt-und-warum\/\">Essen<\/a> eine gro\u00dfe Rolle.<\/p>\n<h2>Ist Rotwein gesund f\u00fcr das Herz?<\/h2>\n<p>Eine Einsch\u00e4tzung, die man oft zu h\u00f6ren bekommt: <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/rotweinland-deutschland\/\">Rotwein<\/a> ist gut f\u00fcr das Herz. Die renommierte Mayo Clinic in den <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/weinland-usa\/\">USA<\/a> stufte Rotwein im Jahr 2019 tats\u00e4chlich als \u201eherzgesund\u201c ein \u2013 solange in Ma\u00dfen konsumiert. Der Alkohol, die Antioxidantien und einige andere Stoffe k\u00f6nnten dazu beitragen, Erkrankungen der Herzkranzgef\u00e4\u00dfe vorzubeugen, die zu Herzinfarkten f\u00fchren. Andere Studien sprechen von entz\u00fcndungshemmenden Eigenschaften, manche sogar von f\u00f6rderlichen Effekten bei Krebserkrankungen.<\/p>\n<h2>Welcher Wein ist am &#8222;ges\u00fcndesten&#8220;?<\/h2>\n<p>Mit Blick auf die Antioxidantien l\u00e4sst sich zun\u00e4chst einmal feststellen, dass die Konzentration in Rotweinen h\u00f6her ist als in <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/sechs-richtige-unsere-weissweine-fuer-den-fruehling\/\">Wei\u00dfweinen<\/a>. Zudem existiert ein Antioxidans, das besonders viel in Wein enthalten ist: Resveratrol. Und genau diesem wird nachgesagt, dass es die Herzgesundheit verbessert, indem es den Cholesterinspiegel und den Blutdruck senkt. Interessant dabei: <a href=\"\/magazin\/weinwissen\/pinot-noir-spaetburgunder\/\">Pinot Noir<\/a> ist die Rebsorte mit der h\u00f6chsten Konzentration an Resveratrol \u00fcberhaupt.
