Eine gute Freundin begleitete mich &#8211; sie arbeitet nicht in der Weinbranche. Als ich ihr erkl\u00e4rte, wie man am besten einen Wein und sein Profil verkostet, schaute sie mich wie ein Geist an: \u201eSchl\u00fcrfen und ausspucken? Ich bin doch kein Baby!\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Richtig! Trotzdem gehen Profis so an einen Wein ran: Einen kleinen Schluck nehmen, etwas Luft durch den offenen Mund schl\u00fcrfen und dann wieder ausspucken. Die Luft im Mund sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass man besser Alkohol, K\u00f6rper und Aromen herausschmeckt. Bei vielen Weinen l\u00e4sst sich so schnell die wichtigste aller Fragen kl\u00e4ren: Wird man noch ein zweites Glas von dem Wein wollen? Bei einem guten Wein will man das, daher spucken Profis konsequent den Wein aus, sonst haben sie schnell 3\/8 im Turm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In privaten Runden ist das nat\u00fcrlich alles entspannter \u2013 hier macht man sich beim Schl\u00fcrfen schnell l\u00e4cherlich, wenn man nicht von Weinfreaks umgeben ist. Trotzdem ist es nicht falsch, wenn man es macht.
